Tenant User
As a Tenant User, you are part of your organization’s team working in kolum to manage emissions data, supplier activities, and reporting workflows. Your role ensures that accurate data is collected, articles and imports are managed efficiently, and CBAM reports are prepared on time, supporting your organization’s compliance requirements.
Using kolum, you will be able to access relevant modules, and collaborate with your team to improve emissions transparency across your supply chain.
Your Core Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Tenant User will vary based on your assigned role but typically include:
Managing Company Information and Facilities You may be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate company and production facility information within kolum.
Inviting and Managing Users If assigned, you can help invite new users to kolum and assist in managing user accounts to ensure your team has the correct access.
Managing Roles and Permissions Depending on your role, you may help adjust user permissions and roles within your organization.
Overseeing Report Generation and Submission You will assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting CBAM reports to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Monitoring Platform Activity and Usage You may track your organization’s platform activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and data remains up to date.
Reviewing and Verifying Emissions Data
You will add and manage your suppliers in kolum and invite them to provide their emissions data. You can also enter emissions data for your production facilities, imported articles, or on behalf of suppliers who need your assistance. Before submission, you will review and verify all collected emissions data to ensure it is complete, accurate, and ready for CBAM reporting.
Managing Articles and Import Records You will add and maintain records for produced and imported articles, ensuring your organization’s data aligns with CBAM reporting needs.
Monitoring Supplier Activities You will track supplier invitations, monitor supplier emissions progress, and ensure data collection from suppliers aligns with reporting deadlines.
Your work directly supports your organization’s emissions transparency and CBAM compliance while enabling your team to leverage kolum effectively.
