Company User

As a Company User, you help your organization manage day-to-day data and reporting activities within kolum. You will work with articles, imports, and emissions data, ensuring your organization’s records are complete and accurate for internal tracking and regulatory requirements.

Your work helps your team keep operations organized, maintain data accuracy, and prepare reports with confidence.

Your Core Responsibilities

As a Company User in kolum, your typical responsibilities include:

  • Managing Company Facilities and Installation Data Maintain and update facility details to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Registering and Managing Articles Add and manage goods your organization produces, ensuring product information remains current.

  • Recording and Managing Imports Enter and maintain import data for goods your organization brings in, supporting accurate record-keeping.

  • Entering and Reviewing Emissions Data Record emissions data for your facilities and imported goods and review entries for accuracy and completeness.

  • Generating Reports Prepare and generate reports for internal tracking and regulatory submission as required.

  • Viewing and Analyzing Carbon Costs Access the carbon costs section to view and analyze emissions-related cost impacts for your organization.

Note: As a Company User, you cannot create new companies or invite new users. If you need changes to user access or company information, contact your Tenant Administrator.
