Company Audit User

As a Company Audit User, you can:
View company details including name, EORI number, address, and related data.
Access production facilities linked to this specific company to verify address data, country codes, and facility connections.
Review articles connected to the company to check reference numbers, CN codes, linked suppliers, and emissions data.
See imports tied to the company, including linked articles, suppliers, and facility data.
Check supplier connections relevant to this company.
Review emissions data for direct and indirect emissions for articles and production facilities linked to the company.
View reporting workflows related to the company, including draft and submitted reports within kolum.
What a Company Audit User Cannot Do
A Company Audit User cannot:
Edit, add, or delete any company, facility, supplier, article, or import data.
Send invitations or manage user roles.
Submit or edit reports.
View data outside of the specific company they have been assigned.
