Procurement User
As a Procurement User, you play a key role in managing your organization’s supplier relationships while ensuring accurate tracking of supplier emissions data. Your work supports your organization’s supply chain transparency and readiness for reporting and sustainability tracking.
Using kolum, you will add and manage suppliers, track supplier emissions data, configure and maintain articles related to procurement, and monitor supply chain activities to support your organization’s sustainability and compliance goals.
Your Core Responsibilities
As a Procurement User in kolum, your typical responsibilities include:
Managing Supplier Relationships Add and maintain supplier records, keeping supplier contact and emissions-related information up to date.
Tracking Supplier Emissions Data Monitor emissions data provided by suppliers and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
Configuring and Maintaining Articles Create and manage articles related to purchased goods, ensuring that supplier-linked articles are up to date for accurate tracking and reporting.
Monitoring Supply Chain Data Oversee supply chain data within kolum to maintain transparency across your supplier network.
Coordinating with Compliance Teams Collaborate with your compliance and reporting teams to ensure supplier data is complete and ready for reporting workflows.
Access Limitations
What You Cannot Access as a Procurement User As a Procurement User, you do not have access to:
Creating or managing company or facility details
Inviting or managing user accounts
Configuring system-wide settings or integrations
