Tenant User

As a Tenant User, you are part of your supplier organization’s team working in kolum to manage emissions data, article data, facility details, and collaborations with your EU customers. Your role ensures that accurate data is collected and maintained, emissions data is provided efficiently, and your EU buyers receive the data they need for their compliance workflows.

Using kolum, you will be able to access relevant modules and collaborate with your team to improve emissions transparency for your EU customers while maintaining clear, organized records within your own organization.

Your Core Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Tenant User will vary based on your assigned role but typically include:

Managing Company Information and Facilities You may be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate company and production facility information within kolum, ensuring your EU customers see correct data linked to your organization.

Inviting and Managing Users If assigned, you can help invite your colleagues to kolum and assist in managing user accounts to ensure your team has the correct access for providing emissions data to your EU customers.

Managing Roles and Permissions Depending on your role, you may help adjust user permissions and roles within your supplier organization.

Providing and Managing Emissions Data You will add and manage your produced articles in kolum, and you can provide emissions data directly or calculate it using kolum’s calculator. You will ensure this data is complete, accurate, and visible to your EU customers for their reporting needs.

Monitoring Platform Activity and Usage You may track your organization’s activity within kolum to ensure emissions data is updated on time and your EU customers can access the data when needed.

Reviewing and Verifying Emissions Data You will be responsible for reviewing your emissions data to ensure it is accurate before your EU customers use it in their reports. You can update emissions data if changes occur in your production processes.

Collaborating with EU Customers You will monitor buyer connections within kolum, see which articles your EU customers have linked to you, and provide emissions data for those articles efficiently within the platform.

Your work directly supports emissions transparency and strong supplier-customer collaboration while enabling your team to leverage kolum effectively for emissions management and EU customer requirements.
