As a Procurement User within your supplier organization in kolum, you play a key role in managing your buyer-facing activities while ensuring accurate tracking of emissions data linked to your production and supply chain. Your work supports your organization’s transparency, collaboration with EU buyers, and readiness for emissions reporting.

Using kolum, you will maintain supplier records (if you act as a trader managing your own supplier network), track emissions data, manage articles your EU buyers request emissions for, and oversee your supply chain data to support sustainability and compliance needs.

Your Core Responsibilities

As a Procurement User in kolum, your typical responsibilities include:

Managing Supplier Relationships (if applicable) If you operate as a trader, add and maintain records for your own suppliers, ensuring contact and emissions-related information is complete and up to date for your supply chain.

Tracking Emissions Data Monitor emissions data for articles your EU buyers request from you, ensuring emissions are accurately recorded and ready for your buyers’ reporting workflows.

Monitoring Supply Chain Data Oversee your supply chain data in kolum to maintain transparency for your EU buyers, supporting clear and organized emissions data collection.

Coordinating with Your Compliance Teams Collaborate with your internal compliance or sustainability teams to ensure data tied to your buyers’ requests is accurate and ready when needed.

What You Cannot Access as a Procurement User

As a Procurement User, you do not have access to:

  • Creating or managing company or facility records.

  • Inviting or managing user accounts.

  • Configuring system-wide settings or integrations.
