Tenant Audit User
As a Tenant Audit User, you are given read-only access across your entire supplier organization in kolum. This role helps your company maintain high standards for data accuracy, transparency, and readiness for internal or external audits — while ensuring that auditors cannot make any changes.
You can assign the Tenant Audit User role temporarily during an internal or external audit period, giving auditors the ability to verify your workflows, emissions data, buyer connections, articles, production facilities, and emissions reports, without the risk of edits or deletions.

View all companies created in your kolum tenant to verify company names, EORI numbers, addresses, and identifiers.
Access all production facilities to check correct links to your companies and country codes.
View all articles your organization has created, including CN codes, reference numbers, and linked buyers.
Review buyer records to confirm active connections and linked articles that require emissions data.
Check supplier records (if managing upstream suppliers) for consistency in identifiers and linked data.
View emissions data for direct and indirect emissions, including data you have provided to your EU buyers and calculation details if you use kolum for calculations.
Review emissions reports prepared for your EU buyers to ensure they reflect accurate article data and emissions information.
Track platform activity by viewing update logs and user activities to monitor data maintenance across your supplier organization.
What a Tenant Audit User Cannot Do
A Tenant Audit User cannot:
Add, edit, or delete any company, facility, or buyer record.
Send invitations or manage user roles and permissions.
Upload or edit emissions data.
Submit emissions data or reports to your EU buyers.
Make any changes that could affect your reporting workflows or data integrity.
When to Use This Role
During internal audits: Assign this role to your internal audit team to review your kolum workflows and emissions data without interruption to your day-to-day processes.
During external audits: Grant this role to external auditors to give them secure, read-only access to your kolum setup during the audit period.
