Company User

As a Company User, you help your supplier organization manage day-to-day data and reporting activities within kolum. You will work with your company details, production facilities, articles, and emissions data, ensuring your records are complete and accurate to meet requests from your EU buyers and for your internal tracking.

Your work helps your team stay organized, maintain high data quality, and respond confidently when your EU buyers request emissions data for the goods you supply to them.

Your Core Responsibilities

As a Company User in kolum, your typical responsibilities include:

Managing Company Facilities and Production Data

Maintain and update your production facility details within kolum to ensure accurate tracking of production activities and emissions reporting.

Entering and Reviewing Emissions Data

Record and manage emissions data for your production facilities and produced goods, ensuring the data is complete, accurate, and ready to share with your EU buyers.

Note: As a Company User, you cannot create new companies or invite new users. If you need changes to user access or company information, please contact your Tenant Administrator within your organization.
