Edit a Company

You can edit a company in kolum whenever you need to update details such as the name, EORI number, address, or connected suppliers. Keeping your company records accurate helps your team manage reporting and supply chain tracking with confidence.

How to Edit a Company

To edit a company:

1. Click the company you want to edit in your Companies list. This will open the company details page.

2. Click “Edit” in the top right corner. This will open the editable form for the company.

3. Update the necessary fields:

   • Name

   • EORI Number (required for EU companies)

   • Address details (street name, number, PO Box, postal code, city, country)

   • Connected suppliers

4. Click “Save company” once you have finished making changes.

The updated details will now appear in your company record and will be used across your workspace, including reporting and supplier management.
