Delete a Production Facility

If a production facility is no longer needed in your workspace, you can delete it to keep your facility list organised and focused only on active sites. Deleting unused facilities helps ensure your data remains clear and easy to manage in kolum.

How to Delete a Production Facility

1. Navigate to the Production Facilities page from the sidebar.

2. Find the facility you want to delete in the list.

3. Click on the facility name to open its details page.

4. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner.

5. Click the Delete facility button.

6. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.

Once confirmed, the facility will be removed from your kolum workspace.

Important to Note

If the facility is still linked to a company, you will not be able to delete it. Before deletion:

• Edit the facility and remove the linked company by selecting “None” or clearing the company field.

• Save the changes.

• Once the company link is removed, you will be able to delete the facility.

After Deletion

Once deleted, the facility will no longer appear in your Production Facilities list and will no longer be available for emissions tracking or article linking in kolum.

Deleting unused facilities keeps your workspace clear and ensures your organisation’s facility data remains accurate and up to date.
