Reset Passwords and Manage Access
Managing who can access kolum keeps your organization’s workspace secure and organized. Users can reset their own passwords if they forget them, while Tenant Admins manage access by removing users who no longer need it.
How Users Can Reset Their Password
If a user forgets their password, they can reset it themselves:
Go to the kolum login page.
Click “Forgot your password?” below the password field.
Enter the email address associated with your kolum account.
Click “Reset your password.”
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and log in.
Note: Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If the user doesn’t receive the email, they should check their spam folder before requesting a new link.

How Tenant User Can Remove a User
Tenant Admins can remove users who no longer need access:
Go to My Organization → Users.
Find the user in the list.
Click the trash icon under the Actions column.
Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
Once removed, the user’s access is revoked immediately, and they will no longer be able to log in. If the user needs access again later, you will need to send a new invitation.
Note: Deleting a user is permanent and cannot be undone.
