Invite New Users

Inviting your team to kolum allows everyone to start working together efficiently while ensuring each person has the right level of access. As your organization grows, managing user invitations helps keep your workspace organized, secure, and ready for collaboration.

As a Tenant User, you can invite new users to your kolum workspace and assign them roles that match their responsibilities, so they can begin contributing immediately.

How to Invite a New User

To invite a new user, go to:

My Organization → Users → + Add New (top right corner)

This will open the “Create New User” form.

Here’s what to do:

  • Fill in user details: First name, last name, email address, job title (optional), and phone number (optional).

  • Select a role: Choose the role that matches what the user will be doing in kolum.

  • Click “Create User”: The user will receive an email with instructions to set up their password and log in.

That’s it. Once they complete their setup, they can start working in kolum with the permissions you assigned.

Note: If users don’t receive the invitation email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder. You can also resend the invitation from the Users page if needed.
